Solid timber is milled from a single piece of wood and can be sanded and refinished multiple times. Engineered timber has a real wood veneer over a stable core, making it more resistant to humidity and suitable for installation over concrete or underfloor heating.

Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove grit, clean spills immediately, and use a pH-neutral timber floor cleaner. Avoid excessive water and protect with felt pads under furniture legs.
